The company
AGRIOS EL CARRIL, SL was constituted as a limited liability company in November 2000, constituting its business objectives the normalization, treatment, conservation, commercialization and common sales of the products of its partners.
In this way, and to leverage the experience and knowledge that GRUPO DURÁN and GRUPO FUERTES have achieved, together with a group of business farming partners, our company was constituted. Recently, GRUPO ROCA has become part of the company, adding volume, experience, and new horizons.
Our company, localized in the privilege area of Santomera in the South East of Spain, is maintained with almost 2.100Ha of own production, exceeded 50 million kg in citrus, being lemons our main product, which we have got an extended experience.
Now a days, we are increasing our horizons with new products as the stone fruits and exotic fruits, with an actual production of 5 million kg, being the biggest Europe producer of papaya these days.
This growth is accompanied by the biggest quality achievement to guarantee all the quality archetype demanded.
Facilities
Our facilities are in Santomera ( Murcia), where is close of the main airports and ports of the area. This helps us with the logistic matters.
The processes for our products in our packhouse have got two complete production lines designed specially to pack the different kind of packaging to satisfy our customers.
Each line has got the capability to process 35.000kg per hour. These lines caliper the fruit using the vision system SPECTRIM-CIIR TOP VIEW. This system uses the strongest industrial platform in the industry, which works with images of the fruits to control size, color and defects.
Our facilities are equipped with advance technological systems to give to our products the best treatment possible. As well as a total traceability system that permit us a complete control of all our production.
